These terms describe the basic rules for using eMakatib. They are written in plain language for customers and teachers.
The business owner must obtain legal review before public launch.
Using eMakatib
eMakatib helps learners and teachers find one another. You must use the service in a lawful, respectful way. Do not copy another person’s profile, misrepresent your experience, or use the service to harm someone.
Teacher and learner agreements
eMakatib reviews a teacher’s application and selected evidence before publication. This review does not guarantee that a teacher is suitable for every learner. Checkout confirms the published offering, price, and time you select.
Cancellations and refunds
A customer can ask eMakatib support to cancel a lesson. An administrator records approved refunds through the original payment provider. Dodo normally accepts full or partial refunds only for a successful payment and within 30 days. The provider returns funds to the original payment method. A late cancellation or completed lesson can require manual review.
Content you share
You keep ownership of the information you submit. You give eMakatib permission to use it to operate, improve, and explain the service. Do not send private information that is not needed for a booking.
Changes and contact
We may change or stop parts of eMakatib. If a change affects an active agreement, we will explain it in clear language. Send questions to the support address shown on the Help page.
